Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning

Q: What is included in your move-in/move-out cleaning service? A: Our move-in/move-out cleaning service includes dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning kitchen appliances (exterior), sanitizing bathrooms, and general tidying. Deluxe packages offer additional services like detailed scrubbing, window cleaning, and more.

Open House Cleaning

Q: What is included in your open house cleaning service? A: Our basic open house cleaning service includes general dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning surfaces to enhance the home’s presentation. Enhanced packages offer additional services like window cleaning, spot cleaning walls, and organizing staging areas.

Q: Can you clean a home on short notice for an open house? A: Yes, we understand that timing can be crucial for open houses. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Organizing and Decluttering

Q: How do you handle items for donation or disposal? A: During our organizing and decluttering service, we can help sort items for donation or disposal. We’ll coordinate with local donation centers or disposal services as needed.

Additional Services

Q: Do you offer carpet shampooing? A: Yes, we offer carpet shampooing as an add-on service. The rate is $0.30 per square foot, with a minimum service price of $45 for up to 150 square feet.

Q: What cleaning products do you use? A: We use high-quality, eco-friendly cleaning products that are safe for your family and pets. If you have specific product preferences or allergies, please let us know in advance.

Billing and Payments

Q: What forms of payment do you accept? A: We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, debit cards, and electronic transfers. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking

Q: Are there any cancelations? A: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will result in a fee equal to 50% of the service cost. 

Q: Do you offer discounts or promotions? A: Yes, we offer discounts for repeat clients and bundled services. Please contact us for current offers.
